Retail Park Velingrad is the only retail park in the town and municipality, created through a complete reconstruction of a former furniture factory in the Ladzhene quarter, next to republican road II-84. The site is open-type with direct external entrances to the stores, a children’s entertainment centre, sports halls and office space.
The roof structure is prepared for a photovoltaic system, and some of the parking spaces are equipped with EV charging stations. The site opened in April 2024.
