Speedy’s logistics centre is built in the Sofia-Bozhurishte Industrial Zone, in the lands of Gurmazovo village, on a 41,303 sq.m site. The building is predominantly single-storey with an adjoining two-storey section housing the offices and staff facilities.
The loading front has 18 docks with dock shelters, and a total of 60 sectional doors provide access to the hall.
