XOPark Sofia (Retail Park Jumbo Plaza until 2025) is the largest retail park in Bulgaria, located on Botevgradsko Shosse Blvd at the capital’s entrance from the Hemus motorway. The complex unites the retail zone built in 2011 with a new extension under a common brand, offering 68,000 sq.m of total leasable area that combines large retail units and boutique stores connected by pedestrian alleys and landscaped spaces.
