Estrea Park Hadzhi Dimitar is the first site of the new Estrea retail park chain in Sofia, at 7 Rezbarska St. The project provides over 14,000 sq.m of leasable area with more than 20 retail units – fashion, footwear, homeware, electronics, drugstore, pharmacy, fitness and dining – and over 300 parking spaces with landscaping, EV chargers and bicycle racks.
The site is being built to target BREEAM Excellent certification. The investors are Park Lane Developments, Mitiska REIM and the EBRD, and ground was broken in May 2025.
One team takes the site through every stage – from preparation and procurement to installation, testing and handover with full documentation.
